Anfield Road - home stadium of football club Liverpool. The stadium was built in 1884 and was originally the home arena of Everton, who played until 1892. Since then, the stadium is native to the football club, Liverpool, which was formed as a result of the fact that Everton left Anfield.

The stadium was used during the European Championship in 1996. Previously, the stadium was also used as a venue for various events such as boxing and tennis matches.

The stadium currently has four stands: "Spion Kop", "MAINE Stand", "Senteneri Stand" and " Anfield Road, a total capacity of 45,362 seats. Record attendance at the stadium - 61,905 people, which was installed during the match of the fifth round FA Cup between Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers 2 February 1952. After the tragedy on "Hillsborough" all the seats in the stands were just sitting. Among the attractions of the stadium two gates named after the former manager of Liverpool: Gateway of Bob Paisley and Bill Shankly Gates. In addition, outside the stadium is a monument to Shankly.
